What is collected

This website does not collect any personal information. If you phone, WhatsApp or email me, I receive your contact details and whatever you choose to tell me.

Why, and on what basis

Only to reply to your message and, if you go ahead, to provide the service. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or my legitimate interest in answering messages.

How long it is kept

Messages that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal requirements.

Sharing

Your details are not sold or shared for marketing. They are held on my phone and with my email provider. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing me. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
